Instructors are also very active in teaching Law
Enforcement Officers in a variety of tactical areas. Senior Instructors James
Kodzis and Robert Magao have trained hundreds of Police Officers throughout New
England in Arrest and Control, Ground Combat, Baton, Handcuffing, K9 training,
physical fitness, use of force, riot control, building searches, Simunition
Scenarios and SWAT training.

L.O.C.K.U.P. Police Combat
System. LT. Kevin Dillon has over 25 years of
police and martial arts experience. He also served as the commander of one of
the largest tactical teams in the State of Connecticut for several years. LT.
Dillon has also featured in two instructional DVD’s “Police Combat Tactics
Volume #1” and “Advanced Police Combat Tactics Volume #2” which are
available at
www.turtlepress.com. LT Kevin Dillon is a 2005 inductee to the
International Martial Arts Hall of Fame as “Law Enforcement Instructor of
the year” by the United States Martial Arts Association.
The L.O.C.K. U.P. POLICE
COMBAT SYSTEM is the only police arrest and control system that is
accepted by the Connecticut Police Officer Standards and Training Council
(POST). The L.O.C.K.U.P. POLICE COMBAT instructor program is on the
